Prints are made to order and shipped by my print partner to 25 countries. Production takes 3-4 days and delivery takes 5-6 days. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from our shipping partner once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
You can cancel until your order goes to print, usually within 24 hours. After that, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or does not arrive, write to elegiasezer@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and I will reprint or refund it.
Care and maintenance
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp. Dust the print gently with a soft dry cloth, and wipe a framed print’s glass with a dry microfiber cloth.
