Not allowed without my written permission

  • Copying, tracing, redrawing, imitating or adapting any design, motif or composition, in any medium, including ceramics, tiles, paper, textiles and digital products.
  • Taking, copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or displaying any photograph, video or other visual or audio content from my website, social channels or workshops.

  • Selling, offering or advertising any product, class or workshop that uses my designs, compositions, handouts or materials.

  • Sharing, uploading, reselling or redistributing files or images from this site.

  • Using my name or guest reviews in your own marketing.

  • Using my work to train or prompt AI and machine learning systems.

  • Removing credits, watermarks or copyright notices.

You may share my posts with the platform’s own share or repost tools, with credit intact.

Purchases

Everything you buy is for your personal, non-commercial use. A purchase gives you a licence to use the product personally. It transfers no copyright.

Workshops

The piece you paint is yours to keep and display. The designs, reference sheets, sketchbooks and techniques shown in a workshop are shared for your own learning. You may photograph your own piece and your own experience. You may not photograph or copy the reference sheets or sketchbooks, and you may not reproduce the designs shown for sale, for commercial production or for teaching. The same terms apply to every guest, including artists, teachers and tile makers, who are all welcome. I may decline or cancel a booking and refund it in full.

Guests’ privacy

Photographs and videos from my workshops may show guests. I publish them only with the guest’s consent. Anyone else sharing or using these images or videos needs the consent of both me and the people shown. This protects my guests’ privacy.

If someone infringes

Any unauthorised use of my designs, or of my media including product images and video, violates copyright and intellectual property law. I will act on it with cease-and-desist demands, reports to platforms, hosts and print services, civil claims for damages and any other remedy available. Law No. 5846 provides for injunctions, seizure and destruction of infringing copies, compensation of up to three times the licence fee, and criminal complaint. I watch for misuse of my work and act on it.

Governing law

This notice and my sales are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
