Refund policy

Workshops

Cancel at least 48 hours before your workshop and you receive a full refund to your original payment method. Inside 48 hours the booking is not refundable, and the same applies to no-shows. You can transfer your spot to another person, or reschedule once if there is space.

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

Each workshop takes place on a specific date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to workshop bookings.

Postcards

Postcards are printed to order. You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print, usually within 24 hours of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or does not arrive, write to elegiasezer@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for a missing order). Include your order number and a photo. I will reprint or refund it.

If you change your mind, write to me within 14 days of delivery. Unused postcards in their original condition can be returned at your own cost, and I refund the price of the postcards when they arrive.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
